Thank you Erik for providing the productivity tips via info-graphic.

Due to the COVID-19 we are having lockdown in the country and I have shifted my team to work from home mode. Some of my teammate were struggling to maintain their productivity so after the analysis we came to the conclusion that we have to change our strategy which we have been using in office.

Now after that I am able to see changes in my teammate’s productivity. I am going to send them your infographic too.

    Thanks again 🙂

Great tips. I initially thought my team members would be more productive due to the quarantine, but I’m noticing the opposite happening in some people. I will use this list and come up with a strategy for my company.

Sure, we need to introduce something new to improve productivity during the summer. Flexible timing also seems to me to have a clear connection with people’s productivity and employee efficiency.

This infographic is very good, and it explains very well
